7.3 Subprocessor Authorization: You provide general authorization for us to engage subprocessors to process Personal Data within your Content, provided they comply with applicable data protection laws.
8. Data Retention and Deletion
8.1 Personal Data: We retain Personal Data (e.g., Account and billing information) for as long as necessary to provide the Service, fulfill contractual obligations, or comply with legal requirements (e.g., tax or accounting laws). Upon Account termination, we will delete your Personal Data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.
8.2 Customer Content: We do not retain Content transmitted through the Service beyond what is necessary to provide the Service, unless you explicitly request retention. Upon your request, we will delete Personal Data within Content, except where contained in routine backup copies or required by law, and confirm deletion in writing.
8.3 Backup Copies: Personal Data in routine backup copies may be retained until overwritten, as individual deletion from such copies may be impractical.
