Refund Policy

Januscaler ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") values customer satisfaction and strives to provide the highest quality WebRTC services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for requesting and processing refunds.

1. General Refund Policy

  • Refunds are available only in cases where:
    • There is a verified error in our billing process.
    • The Service was unavailable due to issues solely attributable to Januscaler beyond the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  • Refunds will not be granted for:
    • Customer misuse of the Service.
    • Downtime caused by third-party services or infrastructure.
    • Customer non-compliance with the Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

  • Submit a written request within 15 days of the invoice date.
  • Provide documentation supporting your claim, such as logs or screenshots.
  • Ensure your account is in good standing and all prior invoices are fully paid.

3. Refund Process

  • Submit your refund request to [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request: Invoice Number".
  • Our billing team will review your request within 10 business days.
  • If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval.

4. Partial Refunds

  • Partial refunds may be granted at our discretion for:
    • Unused portions of prepaid services.
    • Specific Service disruptions that affected only part of your usage.

5. Non-Refundable Charges

The following charges are non-refundable:

  • Fees incurred due to third-party services (e.g., payment gateway fees).
  • Setup fees, onboarding charges, and custom development work.
  • Fees for usage that occurred before a refund request was submitted.

6. Chargebacks

  • Any chargeback received will result in immediate suspension of your account.
  • We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks and to pursue the owed amount via legal means.
  • All associated fees and costs incurred in disputing chargebacks will be added to the outstanding balance.

7. Changes to This Refund Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Refund Policy.
